YOUR ROLE AND MAIN TASKS
As an Operations Manager – Marketplace & Retail Media, you will be responsible for the operational management and execution of our retail media activities for marketplace and retail partners. You will ensure that processes run smoothly, campaigns are executed efficiently, and internal operations function optimally.
Daily tasks of the position:
- Operational management and execution of retail media activities for key account partners and retail partners, including:
- - Creating and maintaining retail media activities in various backend tools
- - Preparing graphic briefs
- Creating invoices for retail media activities, including monthly and quarterly closing activities
- Regular coordination and communication with internal stakeholders (Marketplace Key Account, Retail, CRM, Brand and Shop teams) to optimally plan campaigns
- Creating reports (e.g. Excel & Tableau) to monitor performance and measure success
- Further developing operational processes and supporting the preparation of marketing and sales materials for our partners
WHAT WE EXPECT
- You work in a structured and organized manner and enjoy improving processes.
- You have gained initial experience in an operational, analytical or coordination-focused role, ideally within e-commerce, marketplace, retail media, marketing operations or a comparable environment.
- You enjoy working with numbers, data and systems and have a strong analytical mindset.
- You are confident working with Excel and have experience using data, reports and digital tools (e.g. Tableau, Jira or comparable applications).
- You are characterized by a careful, reliable and detail-oriented way of working.
- You enjoy taking ownership and working independently.
- You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are communicative, a team player and able to maintain an overview even in complex projects.

At Limango Polska Sp. z o.o. the remuneration regulation have been adopted, providing for the possibility of obtaining an additional jubilee award and use (under certain conditions) of certain benefits (a sport card, medical insurance, life insurance). The remuneration is paid in arrears, on the last day of the calendar month. Any other part of the employee's remuneration is determined by the employment contract.
