Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Operations Manager / Project Coordinator to support leadership, streamline daily workflows, manage high-level communications, and ensure business operations run smoothly. This is a 100% remote position open exclusively to professionals based in Latin America who are driven by success and looking for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership Support: Support leadership by managing critical email communications and daily schedules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact, collaborating daily with internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Workflow & Task Management: Oversee daily operational workflows, track project deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.
• Reporting & Documentation: Keep operations transparent and organized through accurate reporting and documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Location: Must permanently reside in Latin America (Remote position).
• Experience: 2+ years of recent experience as an Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant, or Project/Team Coordinator.
• Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Must be fully comfortable interacting confidently with international stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Skills: Strong team management or supervision experience, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a solution-oriented, proactive mindset.
• Autonomy: A self-starter who can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
