Position Summary:
OneWell Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Operations Member Representative to join our team. This is a call center-oriented position that involves frequent communication with individuals, families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and internal teams by phone and other communication channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in achieving the goals and positive outcomes outlined in their Individual Support Plans (ISPs). You will oversee a group of individuals, advocate for their needs, and provide guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals.
The Operations Member Representative will regularly communicate with individuals and their families, respond to questions and concerns, coordinate services, follow up on cases, and provide support when issues or emergencies arise. You will also monitor service delivery and individual progress through phone communication, field visits, data collection, documentation, and regular communication with the care team.
The position requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate records. The Operations Member RepresentativeManager will ensure that services are properly documented and delivered in accordance with organizational policies, applicable federal and state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, HIPAA privacy standards, and established procedures.
The Operations Member Representative will participate in ISP meetings, annual reviews, team meetings, and other required activities, while also providing support to the Case Management team when needed.
Working Hours:
Employees will work on a rotating shift basis according to the following schedule:
- 00:00 – 08:00
- 08:00 – 16:00
- 16:00 – 00:00
Each shift consists of 7.5 working hours per day, including two 15-minute breaks. Employees will rotate between shifts according to the applicable shift schedule and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned caseloads and support participants in achieving their Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals
- Train, guide, and supervise Direct Support Staff and other employees to ensure quality service delivery
- Monitor care services and participate in required meetings remotely
- Prepare and submit reports, case notes, and other documentation accurately and within established deadlines
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, organizational policies, ethical standards, and participant privacy requirements
- Provide support during crisis situations, holidays, and other operationally critical periods when required
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams across different time zones
- Work on a rotating shift schedule based on operational requirements
- Maintain regular communication with U.S.-based teams and service providers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and time-management skills
- Previous experience in case management, social services, healthcare, or a similar field is an advantage
- Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while maintaining productivity and accountability
- Ability to visit the office once per month as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
