Operations Officer

Helping to identify and initiate corrective action by determining the most cost-effective solution. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Liase with other departments to escalate and resolve all client's issues in a timely manner. Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support operations and program objectives. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in FX business is a PLUS . Proficient Microsoft Excel user. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST . Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness for continuous professional development. High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas and opportunity to influence directly company results. High-impact contribution to dynamic business at a growth phase. Good numerical skills. Attention to detail.
