Operations & People Assistant
We’re looking for an Operations & People Assistant to work across the Involved Group, the collective behind globally renowned dance and electronic music labels including Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, spanning label services and distribution, music publishing, events promotion and artist management.
This is a varied, hands-on role within our Operations & People team, helping to keep our offices and studios running smoothly, supporting our health and safety and compliance obligations, and delivering the day-to-day administration that underpins a great employee experience – from onboarding and benefits to training, wellbeing and social events.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, People and Technology, you’ll be a first point of contact for employee queries and a dependable pair of hands across our sites. Reporting to the People & Culture Director, our Operations & People Assistant helps make Involved a safe, well-run and welcoming place to work.
Location: Bermondsey, London
Working pattern: Full-time (Monday–Friday) – hybrid working between our lively Bermondsey office and home-working.
