Operations & Process Automation Manager |Full Time | Remote

About the Role

We are looking for exceptionally smart, proactive, and execution-oriented individuals who can

understand complex business requirements, translate leadership direction into actionable work,

and identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, business understanding,

technology awareness, and a bias toward execution. You will work closely with senior leadership

and cross-functional teams to turn ideas and business requirements into structured processes,

systems, and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Understand leadership direction and translate it into clear action plans and executable

tasks.

• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.

• Analyze existing processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for

improvement.

• Identify repetitive work that can be automated and propose practical automation

solutions.

• Use AI and modern technology tools to improve productivity, reporting, documentation,

and operational workflows.

• Coordinate with technology, business, and operations teams to execute cross-functional

initiatives.

• Build and maintain process documentation, dashboards, trackers, and operational

systems.

• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Take ownership of projects from idea to implementation and follow through until

completion.

• Continuously look for ways to make the organization faster, smarter, and more scalable.

• Interest in automation, process improvement, and building scalable systems.

• Candidates from Technology + Operations/Business or MBA + Technology backgrounds

are preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience creating concept guides, SOPs, process documentation, or implementation

guides.

• Experience handling or coordinating teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

• Experience with workflow automation tools.

• Exposure to project/task-management platforms.

• Experience building dashboards, trackers, reports, or operational systems.

• Startup or high-growth environment experience.

• Consulting, strategy, product, technology, or business operations experience.
