The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering customer infrastructure and platform implementation projects. As part of the Operations team, this role serves as the primary technical point of contact during implementation, ensuring that customer environments are deployed efficiently, meet technical requirements, and are delivered on schedule. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong expertise in IT infrastructure, servers, networking, and system administration, combined with excellent project management and customer communication skills. The ultimate goal is to ensure stable, successful, and long-term operational deployment that meets both customer expectations and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead customer implementation projects from project kick-off through production deployment, stabilization, and operational handover. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously Work transversally with development, sales, product, among other teams, to establish a robust and achievable customer-facing project roadmap based on planned project deliveries. Lead customer implementation projects from project kick-off through production deployment, stabilization, and operational handover. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation and post-implementation activities. Define project scope, implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal teams. Coordinate all technical implementation activities, ensuring infrastructure, networking, and system prerequisites are completed on schedule. Coordinate and participate in installation, configuration, and deployment activities when required. Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery. Manage project communications, providing regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate production go-live activities and oversee the stabilization period following deployment. Ensure all project documentation, implementation records, technical procedures, and project deliverables are complete and up to date. Build strong customer relationships by providing technical guidance, proactive communication, and a high level of service throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Proven working experience (5+years) as a project administrator in the information technology sector Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical implementation, infrastructure, or operations projects within the casino gaming (land-based casinos) industry. Proven experience delivering customer implementations in a B2B environment within the casino gaming sector. Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
