Is this job info correct?

We’re not just behavioral health people—we’re crisis people. Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care. Our team combines medical and recovery-oriented treatment to stabilize individuals in crisis and connect them to community-based resources for ongoing recovery. Founded by emergency room psychiatrists Dr. Chris Carson and Dr. Robert Williamson, our model is physician-led and data-driven, drawing upon more than 15 years of crisis care expertise. Recognized by SAMHSA and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing as a national best practice, we’ve delivered invaluable treatment to hundreds of thousands of individuals facing crises. Our commitment remains consistent, to improve access, inspire hope, and provide the right support. Our values shape our decisions, define our culture, and foster continuous learning and growth. We accept people as they are, creating safe spaces where they feel valued and respected. We inspire hope by walking with people side-by-side, showing them grace and compassion. We act with intention, holding ourselves and each other accountable, and doing the right thing. We work as one team, trusting and supporting each other. We embrace change and innovation, striving to find better ways to fulfill our mission. We are on a mission to change the face of behavioral health. Help us save lives and make a difference. What You'll Do: The Operations Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across Connections Health Solutions' (CHS) behavioral health crisis network. The Operations Project Manager works closely with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor stakeholders to move initiatives from intake all the way through close. You'll be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while keeping leaders in the loop through clear, concise reporting. This is a hands-on role with a good amount of administrative and coordination responsibility, including maintaining project documentation, plans, trackers, schedules, and dashboards; organizing meetings and follow ups; and helping build out the standards, templates, tools, and reporting practices for a growing PMO. By applying structured project management discipline (PMI/PMBOK), this role helps ensure initiatives launch on time and with expected quality/ROI across multiple sites and deliver measurable operational and patient-care outcomes. Project Management: Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones. Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans that outline objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs, scaled to the size and complexity of each initiative. Collaborate with stakeholders to make sure everyone's aligned with goals and deliverables. Keep initiatives on track so they finish on time and deliver intended impact, quality and ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive results and remove barriers to execution. Ensure work stays compliant with healthcare regulatory, privacy (HIPAA), and organizational standards. Project Coordination and Administration: Provide administrative and coordination support to keep initiatives organized and on track. Maintain project documentation, action-item and issue logs, status trackers, meeting notes, and shared project files. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items and deliverables. PMO Support: Support the build and maturation of a newly forming Project Management Office. Develop and maintain standards, templates, SOPs, and reporting tools. Support process improvement and change adoption across sites. Resource Stewardship: Coordinate allocation of people, budgets, and tools across concurrent initiatives so commitments stay realistic and resources are used well. Change Management: Manage scope and change control, documenting change requests and securing the right approvals for material changes to timeline, cost, or ROI. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations, keeping leadership updated on project goals, timelines, risks, and outcomes. Risk Mitigation: Proactively spot and address project risks and issues, putting solutions in place to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget. Performs all other duties as assigned. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail in maintaining project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com). Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive projects to completion, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities; ability to accommodate occasional travel to CHS sites as needed. The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.
