This role drives growth across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms by scheduling and publishing consistently, optimizing for each platform's algorithm, and using analytics to identify what's working and do more of it. Success is measured in reach, engagement, and follower growth. ​This role does not own lead nurture, DMs, email, or CRM — that side of the business is owned by a dedicated Lead Generation & CRM Manager, with whom this role coordinates closely on which content and campaigns are actually driving leads. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing skills with creative thinking, hands-on execution, and daily use of AI tools. They should be confident, independent, proactive, and comfortable bringing fresh ideas and recommendations without needing heavy management. This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to build scalable systems, make a meaningful impact, and grow into a leadership position. ​ Key Responsibilities Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence. ​Own and manage content distribution and publishing across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. ​Plan, build, and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent, platform-native publishing. ​Monitor content performance and run analytics across platforms — views, retention, engagement, follower growth — to identify trends, high-performing content, and growth opportunities. ​Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips and platform-specific assets. ​Optimize captions, thumbnails, hooks, formats, and posting strategy to maximize reach and engagement. ​Run A/B tests on creative formats, hooks, thumbnails, and posting times to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). ​Monitor and engage in post comments to grow community and audience loyalty, and surface content ideas from audience feedback. ​Coordinate with creators, editors, and contributors to ensure timely delivery of content assets. ​Use AI tools daily to accelerate content analysis, ideation, captioning, and production workflows. ​Implement processes, systems, and templates to maximize efficiency and scale content output. ​Propose and pitch strategic initiatives aimed at increasing reach, followers, and engagement. ​Train and mentor junior team members as the role grows into a leadership position. ​Work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight, confidently pitching creative, analytical, or operational ideas to improve brand reach and performance. ​ Qualifications ​ Years of Experience: 3–5 years of experience in content distribution, social media management, or digital marketing. ​ Task Management Tools: Familiarity with task management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar is preferred. ​ Platforms & Software: Deep, hands-on platform fluency: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Experience with content scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and AI tools. ​ Industry Knowledge Required: Genuine interest in men's health, human performance, and building digital brands. ​ Specific Gender: No preference ​ Skills & Competencies ​Strong communication skills and attention to detail ​Creative thinker who also executes and ships work quickly ​Team management and workflow optimization ​Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into content strategy ​Platform-native: deep familiarity with social apps and what performs on them ​Fluent in AI tools and actively using them on a daily basis to accelerate workflows ​Self-driven, hungry, and ambitious to grow into leadership ​Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize for impact ​Confident and capable of working independently without needing heavy "managing" ​Excited and passionate about men's health, physical performance, and longevity ​ Technical Requirements ​Own PC or laptop ​Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended) ​Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace ​Smartphone capable of recording video and accessing social apps ​Comfortable using AI tools, social scheduling software, and automation platforms ​ Position Description ​ Working Hours: 11 AM - 3 PM Pacific Time (part-time) (9 PM till 1 AM Beirut Time) ​ Working Days: 5 days a week ​ Days Off: Saturday and Sunday ​ Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere ​ PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice ​ Salary Range: 700$- 950$ Part Time (1,500 - 2,000$ Full-time)
