About the role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our team based in our Larnaca/ Nicosia, Cyprus office. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Assistant to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes ownership of both operational processes and workplace experience. Key Responsibilities: Operations Support Facilitate smooth daily operations through effective support and task coordination across teams Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and reports Support project coordination, timelines, and task tracking Prepare operational documents, reports, and presentations Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflows Monitor inventory, supplies, or operational resources as needed Identify process improvements and support implementation Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative, operations, or customer-facing role within a professional environment. Tech Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (mail, sheets, calendar, drive). Hands-on experience with the HubSpot (CRM) system will be a plus. Languages : Professional fluency in English & Greek (written and verbal) and German speakers is an advantage. Attributes: High attention to detail, a proactive "problem-solver" mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive digital asset data.
