Looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to manage SharePoint, digital platforms, user access, technical support, content governance and operational requests.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• SharePoint administration & site maintenance
• User access, permissions & security groups
• First-line technical support & troubleshooting
• Manage support queues, requests & escalations
• Platform usage reporting & analytics
• Content publishing & lifecycle management
• Monitor expired/outdated pages and site content
