We’re working with a leading global technology company developing products and platforms across social technology, AI, immersive experiences and online communities. They are looking for a Community Operations Specialist to join their Integrations Operations team, supporting new and emerging product areas and helping build safe, effective and scalable operational processes.


Location

  • Location: Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid (3 days in office)
  • Contract: 11 months
  • Salary: €70,900


The Role

This is a varied Operations, QA, Data and Project Management role. You’ll work with policy teams, product teams, vendors and other stakeholders to make sure operational processes are working effectively and that policies are being applied consistently.


  • Leading weekly quality analysis and identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Running calibration sessions with vendor teams to ensure consistent decision-making
  • Carrying out root cause analysis and identifying operational improvements
  • Managing project timelines, progress, risks and stakeholder updates
  • Writing and maintaining clear operational guidance and reviewer instructions
  • Translating complex or ambiguous policies into clear, practical processes
  • Analysing operational data using Excel, dashboards and ideally SQL
  • Supporting the configuration and QA testing of operational workflows
  • Identifying policy gaps and helping develop guidance for complex or grey-area cases
  • Supporting AI-assisted review by developing and refining LLM prompts
  • Evaluating AI output using measures such as precision and recall
  • Building and maintaining validation/golden datasets to assess automated review quality


What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in operations, project management, QA or a similar environment
  • Strong written communication and the ability to turn complex information into clear instructions
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience testing or improving operational workflows
  • Experience managing escalations
