Operations Specialist Internship

The Operations Internship is a hands-on programme for students and early-career professionals who want to leverage advanced technical skills to optimise business processes and deliver high-impact, scalable solutions in the music tech industry. In this transversal role, you will act as a bridge between client needs and robust technical execution . Not only in achieving its objectives but in implementing automation solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of deliveries to BMAT customers, making you an integral part of our mission. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the troubleshooting and technical problem-solving for complex issues affecting the quality of our monitoring and reporting services. Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our operational and recording systems (familiarity with Linux/Bash scripting is a strong plus). Design and implement automation scripts and tools (using languages like Python and SQL/MongoDB) to replace manual tasks, optimising the management of large volumes of data. Ensure data quality and the scalability of implemented solutions, providing clear technical documentation for knowledge transfer. You will collaborate closely with the Operations team and the Business Line, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
