The Operations Supervisor – Analysis & Program Processing leads a hybrid team of analysts and application processors supporting CLEAResult’s commercial energy efficiency programs. This role ensures that all processing workflows are executed efficiently and accurately, while also driving data analysis efforts that support program performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of technical, analytical, and people management skills. ​ ​ Here at CLEAResult, you will fit right in with our energetic team if you are resourceful, resilient, and kind. ​ ​ For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… ​ Supervise and coach a team composed of analysts and processing staff Design, document, and optimize operational workflows for application processing, ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency Oversee daily processing tasks to ensure timely review of applications and adherence to quality and contractual standards Lead the team’s analysis function: track key performance indicators, generate insights, and support reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with Engineering, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex application or data issues Provide performance feedback, monitor team productivity, and support professional development of staff Coordinate with the Operations Manager on resource planning, performance trends, and improvement initiatives Create training materials and SOPs to support consistent and scalable operations Champion process improvement through automation, analytics, and thoughtful workflow redesign Oversee Client Reporting Present Data Analysis to Client ​ ​ In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 5-8 years’ experience Bachelor’s degree preferred - Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience ​ DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $55,700.00 - $83,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
