Your Responsibilities

As part of the Operations & Maintenance team, you will help ensure the smooth performance of solar PV installations by:

• Providing remote support for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PV systems.
• Configuring and managing PV assets within the O&M service platform.
• Monitoring system performance through dedicated monitoring portals.
• Setting up and maintaining data loggers, routers, and other communication infrastructure components.
• Creating, tracking, and documenting maintenance and repair tickets.
• Reviewing maintenance reports and initiating corrective actions where required.
• Assisting customers with technical questions and providing professional support.
• Ensuring accurate technical documentation and reporting.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in IT system integration, a degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Understanding of the technical design and operation of photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Fluency in German (C1 level or native) and strong English communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
