Operations Virtual Assistant

Yokly is looking for an Operations Virtual Assistant who thinks in systems: SOPs that actually get followed, dashboards that actually get checked, processes that scale instead of breaking under growth. Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time, lining up with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for our US-based clients. Saturdays and Sundays are yours. Always. Fully remote — work from home, on your own setup. What you'll actually be doing: Building, documenting, and improving SOPs — and making sure they're actually adopted, not just written and forgotten. Tracking projects and deliverables, managing follow-ups, and coordinating across teams and vendors. Supporting ticketing and incident operations when something needs fast, organized handling. Owning reporting and QA — dashboards, KPI trackers, data reconciliation, operational reports. What we're looking for: At least 1 year of virtual assistance experience. 1+ year in ops, EA, or admin support, with real process-documentation and cross-team coordination experience. SaaS or BPO background is a plus, not a requirement. At least 1 year of leadership experience. Project management experience. Strong Sheets/Excel skills — formulas, pivots, conditional formatting, the real thing.
