This role owns and optimizes performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other lead generating platforms to drive efficient, scalable growth. This role is accountable for paid search strategy, execution, optimization, and performance outcomes, ensuring ad spend translates into measurable business results. This role directly influences revenue growth, marketing efficiency, and customer acquisition performance by ensuring Google Ads investment is intentional, optimized, and measurable.

Responsibilities

• Builds, manages, and optimizes Google Ads campaigns and other lead generating platforms (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Local, Demand Gen).
• Structures accounts for scalability, Quality Score improvement, and performance efficiency.
• Continuously optimizes bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and creatives. Writes, tests, and optimizes ad copy and ad assets.
• Manages search terms, match types, negative keywords, and bid strategies to control CPA and ROAS.
• Partners with web/UX teams to align ads with landing pages and conversion paths.
• Stays current on Google Ads updates, betas, and policy changes.
• Ensures accurate conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. Monitors performance trends and identifies optimization opportunities.
• Produces clear, actionable performance reporting tied to business outcomes. Validates attribution and data integrity across campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), preferred
• Up to 2 years of related experience, required.
• 2+ years of related experience, preferred.
• Deep industry knowledge of bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions).
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset with the ability to think creatively and innovatively, developing new insights for various situations and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clearly using excellent grammatical, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets with strong organization and time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate performance data into clear, practical recommendations to optimize results.
• Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
• Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
