Overview About the Role Are you a proactive communicator who enjoys educating healthcare providers, uncovering opportunities, driving results, and contributing to a high-performing team? As a Provider Outreach Specialist, you'll engage healthcare providers through outbound and inbound interactions that support rare disease education and awareness. You will play a key role in fostering meaningful provider engagement while helping improve outcomes for patients affected by rare diseases. You will address questions and concerns, navigate objections, and facilitate introductions between healthcare providers and Clinical Account Managers to discuss available treatment options. In this role, you'll leverage strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and strategic outreach techniques to support Clinical Account Manager objectives and business goals. We provide the training, tools, and support needed to succeed in a results-driven environment from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities What You’ll Get to Do Handle inbound and outbound educational awareness calls while delivering a professional and informative healthcare provider experience Present rare disease state education and awareness using approved call guides & strategies or customized discussions based on healthcare provider needs Build rapport, answer questions, address concerns, overcome objections, and provide information to help healthcare providers consult their rare disease patients. Accurately collect, verify, and update customer information in company systems Maintain knowledge of products and disease state information Meet established results, quality, productivity, and compliance goals while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirement Qualifications What You Need Required High school diploma or GED Strong communication, relationship-building, and professional engagement skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation Ability to meet quality, productivity, and performance expectations Preferred Qualifications Previous healthcare sales or education, call center, retail, or customer service experience Experience working in a goal-driven or metrics-based environment Experience using multiple systems and web-based tools including Microsoft Office Outlook Additional Information Who We Are At MarketSource, we create connections that drive results.
