Options / Derivatives Specialist |Full Time | Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an Options / Derivatives Specialist with strong practical knowledge of the

financial options market. The ideal candidate should understand options deeply and be able to

communicate market concepts clearly and confidently.

This role is suited for someone with 2–5 years of experience in options, derivatives, trading,

brokerage, or a related financial markets environment.

What You’ll Do

• Apply practical knowledge of options and derivatives in day-to-day business and clientfacing discussions.

• Explain options concepts clearly, including pricing, structures, strategies, and market

behavior.

• Analyze option chains, premiums, expiries, strikes, and relevant market data.

• Understand and communicate the impact of Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Vega.

• Discuss implied volatility and its relevance to options pricing and strategy selection.

• Understand and explain common options strategies, including covered-call structures.

• Support client and sales conversations as an Options SME.

• Work with internal teams to provide accurate options-related insights and explanations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in options, derivatives, trading, brokerage, or financial

markets.

• Strong practical understanding of calls, puts, strikes, expiries, option chains, and

premiums.

• Strong understanding of Options Greeks, including Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Vega.

• Good understanding of implied volatility and options pricing.

• Knowledge of common options strategies and covered-call structures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex options concepts clearly and confidently.

• Comfortable participating in client-facing and sales-oriented conversations.

• Professional, articulate, and commercially minded.

Good to Have

• Experience working directly with options traders, investors, or financial-market clients.

• Experience with options trading platforms, brokerage platforms, or market-data tools.

• Experience in sales, business development, or client solutions within financial markets.

• Familiarity with US equity options and the US options market.

• Experience creating or delivering presentations, educational content, or market insights

related to options.

• Exposure to fintech, brokerage, trading technology, or investment platforms.

• Experience working with international or US-facing teams.
