We're hiring a Sales Representative to support the Dallas operations of a fast-growing US automotive detailing and vehicle protection business.

This isn't a role where you'll simply work through a list of leads.

We're looking for someone who is strong at sales, great with people, highly organized, and comfortable managing the logistics that come with a busy service-based business.

You'll work directly with a highly sales-focused founder and play an important role in both driving revenue and keeping customers and bookings moving smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to inbound leads and customer enquiries
• Speak with customers by phone and text, understand their needs, and recommend the right services
• Build value, handle objections, follow up, and close sales
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services where appropriate
• Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through to service
• Coordinate bookings, schedules, and customer requirements
• Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, delays, and other logistical issues
• Keep communication flowing between customers and the Dallas operations team
• Maintain accurate lead, customer, and booking information
• Work directly with the founder on sales priorities and performance
• Take ownership when problems arise and help drive them through to resolution

• Proven sales experience with strong closing ability
• Confident and professional phone communication
• Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
• Excellent people and customer management skills
• Highly organized with strong scheduling and coordination ability
• Comfortable managing multiple leads, customers, and priorities at once
• Proactive, accountable, and able to solve problems independently
• Comfortable working directly with a fast-moving, sales-driven founder
• Automotive, detailing, or service-based sales experience is advantageous
