Oracle EBS R12 Technical Developer
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12 Technical Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite implementations, ranging from initial data migration and system configuration to complex custom development and post-go-live support. This position is critical for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our enterprise resource planning environment, directly supporting key financial and operational processes. The ideal professional will possess deep expertise in the Oracle EBS architecture and a proven track record of delivering robust technical solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive data conversion strategies and manage the migration of data between environments with high accuracy.
- Perform intricate system configurations to tailor the Oracle EBS environment to specific organizational needs.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom code modules to extend standard functionality and address unique business requirements.
- Architect and implement seamless integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party applications or internal systems.
- Customize user interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Build and optimize Oracle Forms and Reports to meet specific reporting and data entry standards.
- Provide dedicated Hypercare support immediately following system go-live to resolve critical issues and ensure smooth adoption.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting database performance.
- Manage project lifecycles for technical deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Support Product Numbering (PN) and Financial Accounting (FA), Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules through technical enhancements.
- Facilitate the transition of knowledge and provide training to support teams during and after project phases.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 technical development.
- Proven expertise in data conversion methodologies, system configurations, and customizations within the Oracle EBS ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in designing and managing system integrations and performing deep personalizations.
- Advanced skills in developing Oracle Forms and Reports, with a solid understanding of their underlying architecture.
- Extensive experience in providing Hypercare support and managing post-implementation project activities.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL for database manipulation, query optimization, and data integrity checks.
- Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects involving Product Numbering, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable code.
