We are currently searching for a Oracle EBS Senior Analyst, IT Enterprise:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design and manage application solutions for finance-related systems within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze, design, and develop best practice business needs through technology solutions using Oracle EBS Finance 12.2.14.
• Interact with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement teams to understand requirements, define new processes, refine existing ones, and convert recommendations into actionable system requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering and align business requirements with best practices to implement technical solutions.
• Create comprehensive systems documentation, including unit tests and solution designs.
• Support Quality Assurance efforts, including test planning and execution for periodic releases, regression testing, and new system implementations.
• Execute connectivity and cross-platform tests (APIs, SFTPs, Links, Banks, Kyriba, Tungsten, Ariba).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of internal processes, decreasing incidents, and increasing application uptime.
• Help accelerate the adoption of engineering best practices while maintaining knowledge of industry innovations, trends, and standards.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field of study.
• Minimum of 7 to 15 years of experience using Oracle EBS.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Procurement, Fixed Assets, AP, General Ledger OR Oracle Projects Billing, costing, and Revenue cycle.
• Good functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 finance modules, specifically Purchasing, AP, AR, GL, AGIS, EBiz Tax, CM, FA, and PA.
• Strong ability to design, test, and implement features and code on Oracle EBS R12.
• Solid experience and good knowledge of LATAM localizations.
• Strong Ebiz functional knowledge and excellent financial and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Ability to recognize upstream and downstream impacts and communicate them effectively.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Good to have Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.
• Good to have knowledge of testing automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
