Oracle Financials Transformation Director- (JOB JB)

Work Arrangement

• Location: Six/Neo Building, BGC, Taguig City
• Setup: Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week
• Schedule: Shift 2 – flexible start at 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM, ending at 12:00 AM or 2:00 AM, respectively
• Salary: Php 400,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Financials strategy, finance transformation, and client engagements.
• Drive business development and expand Oracle ERP Finance services.
• Oversee implementations across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Record-to-Report.
• Advise executives on finance process optimization, system design, reporting, and internal controls.
• Direct project delivery, issue resolution, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Build senior client relationships, mentor consulting teams, and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• 14–20 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or MIS.
• Oracle Cloud Financials or related ERP Finance certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading complex Oracle Financials implementations and finance transformation engagements.
• Strong expertise in solution roadmaps, business development, executive stakeholder management, and finance process redesign.
