Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion & EBS Supply Chain Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) environments.

The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in Order Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, and related Supply Chain processes with a strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.

This role is ideal for a senior Oracle SCM professional who has successfully delivered multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and can bridge legacy EBS processes and configurations to modern Fusion Cloud solutions.

Responisbilities:

Oracle SCM Solution Design & Configuration

  • Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS Supply Chain solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated solutions supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders and document current-state and future-state processes.
  • Provide functional leadership throughout implementation, testing, migration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Oracle Fusion Order Management

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Order Management, including:
    • Order orchestration and fulfillment processes
    • Pricing Administration
    • Order holds
    • Credit checking
    • Drop ship
    • Back-to-back fulfillment
    • Configure-to-order (CTO) processes
  • Design solutions that integrate Order Management with Inventory, Shipping, Receivables, Cost Management, and other enterprise applications.

Oracle Fusion Procurement

  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities, including:
    • Self-Service Procurement
    • Purchasing
    • Supplier Portal
    • Supplier Qualification
    • Sourcing
    • Procurement Contracts
  • Design and optimize P2P processes, approval flows, supplier interactions, purchasing, and procurement controls.
  • Configure approval workflows using BPM and Oracle Approval Management.

Inventory, Receiving & Shipping

  • Support related functional configurations across Inventory Management, Receiving, and Shipping.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cost Management.
  • Analyze cross-module dependencies and ensure end-to-end business processes function effectively across SCM and Finance.

Functional Documentation & Solution Design

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of functional documentation, including:
    • BR100s
    • Configuration workbooks
    • Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
    • Functional specifications
    • Process flows
    • Test scripts
  • Define functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations (RICEW).
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

Data Migration & Conversion

  • Define and document data migration requirements for:
    • Items
    • Suppliers
    • Customers
    • Open Purchase Orders
    • Open Sales Orders
    • Price Lists
  • Support data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Validate conversion results using FBDI, ADFdi, and related Oracle data-loading tools.
  • Identify and resolve data quality and conversion issues throughout the migration lifecycle.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop comprehensive functional test scenarios and scripts.
  • Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate defect identification, triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Validate end-to-end O2C and P2P business processes across integrated Oracle modules.
  • Support regression testing associated with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and other system changes.

EBS-to-Fusion Transformation

  • Analyze existing Oracle EBS R12 processes, configurations, and business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve legacy processes during migration.
  • Support EBS-to-Fusion transformation initiatives, including fit-gap analysis, configuration mapping, data conversion, testing, and cutover.
  • Provide functional guidance on differences between EBS and Fusion business processes and functionality.

Training, Go-Live & Hypercare

  • Develop training materials and deliver end-user and business process training.
  • Support cutover and go-live activities.
  • Provide hands-on functional support during go-live and post-production hypercare.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and work with technical teams to drive timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
  • Proven experience delivering at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Hands-on Fusion Cloud configuration experience in:
    • Order Management
    • Purchasing
    • Self-Service Procurement
    • Sourcing
  • Strong EBS R12 functional knowledge of:
    • Order Management
    • Purchasing
    • iProcurement
    • Inventory
    • Advanced Pricing
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Strong understanding of SCM integration with AP, AR, GL, and Cost Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Oracle data and reporting tools, including FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud and/or Procurement Cloud Implementation Professional certification.
  • Experience with:
    • Oracle Product Hub
    • Global Order Promising (GOP)
    • Supplier Model
    • Supply Chain Planning
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration technologies, including REST and SOAP web services.
  • Experience working with enterprise integrations between Oracle SCM, Finance, legacy applications, and third-party systems.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or other supply-chain-intensive environments.
  • Experience supporting global, multi-entity, and multi-country Oracle implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

What Will Make You Successful

You will be successful in this role if you are a hands-on Oracle SCM functional leader who can work comfortably with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers.

You should be able to translate complex business requirements into practical Oracle solutions, challenge legacy processes where appropriate, and guide clients through the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Strong candidates will bring a combination of deep Oracle SCM product knowledge, implementation experience, business process expertise, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $109,112 - $175,300. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
