Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Core HR & Absence Management Trainer for one of our clients. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive online training sessions, ensuring participants gain strong functional and hands-on understanding of the Core HR and Absence Management modules. The role involves explaining end-to-end business processes, demonstrating real-time configurations, and providing practical implementation insights.
The selected trainer will conduct 4-hour sessions per day, 5 days a week for 4 weeks, starting immediately.
Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM domain.
Must have completed at least 3 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementation projects (Core HR and Absence Management mandatory).
Strong expertise in Fusion Core HR and Absence Management setups, configurations, and functional flows.
In-depth understanding of HR processes, data models, and related integrations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with prior training or mentoring experience.
Availability to start immediately for a 4-week online training engagement.
