Oracle Fusion SCM Functional & Technical Expert | Cluj-Napoca / Hybrid
I’m currently recruiting, on behalf of one of my clients, an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional & Technical Expert.
The team is currently expanding its Oracle Fusion capabilities as more business processes are being migrated from legacy systems and Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
This is a great fit for someone with strong functional Oracle Fusion SCM expertise, combined with enough technical depth to troubleshoot complex issues, understand integrations and contribute hands-on to solutions.
What you’ll be working on:
- Working hands-on with Oracle Fusion SCM, including Fulfillment, OTM, Order Management and Inventory-related processes;
- Analyzing and troubleshooting issues across Oracle Fusion and integrated systems;
- Performing root cause analysis and contributing to sustainable solutions for recurring issues;
- Supporting configuration, testing, change requests, bug fixes and continuous improvement activities;
- Working with business users, technical teams and other application owners;
- Contributing Oracle Fusion expertise and sharing knowledge within a collaborative team.
What I’m looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM;
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle SCM processes, modules and Fusion configurations – this is a key requirement;
- Good technical understanding of Oracle Fusion, including its data and integration mechanisms;
- Experience with Oracle SQL / PL/SQL;
- Experience with integrations, APIs, interfaces and data analysis is a strong plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
- Good English communication skills.
Nice to have: OCI, Groovy, VBCS, Azure / SQL Server.
