• Solution Design: Create and oversee the functional architecture for Oracle EBS financial solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
• Project Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.

• Proven experience as a functional lead on at least two full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations, demonstrating leadership in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Extensive experience with the broader Oracle EBS Financials suite, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Strong understanding of Oracle RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) from a functional design perspective.
• Ability to understand and translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
