Key Responsibilities

• Production support and issue resolution
• Change requests and system configuration
• Documentation
• Oracle quarterly release testing
• Vendor and stakeholder coordination
• Reporting, HDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula and integrations support
  
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM experience
• Experience across Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning and other HCM modules
• Strong OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts and SQL skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
