We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant specialized in Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong experience in Fast Formula development, reporting, integrations, and Human Resources business processes. Proven ability to implement, support, and optimize Oracle HCM solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and other Oracle HCM modules.
• Create and customize reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems using HDL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle integration tools.
• Configure business rules, validations, workflows, and HR processes within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Plan and execute data migration, data loads, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), go-live activities, and post-production support.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, perform system enhancements, and drive continuous improvements across Oracle HCM environments.
• Provide technical and functional support to business users, ensuring the effective use of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects.
• Advanced expertise in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data loading tools.
• Strong SQL knowledge for reporting, validation, troubleshooting, and integration support.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Based in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence Management modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience working on global or multi-country Oracle HCM projects.
• Advanced English and/or Spanish language skills.
