Job Description - Oracle SaaS & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administrator (2603429) Job Description Oracle SaaS & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administrator Required Qualifications: (as evidenced by an attached resume) Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent). In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and full-time relevant experience totaling seven [7] years may be considered. Three (3) years of full-time experience working with an application requiring technical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Experience with Oracle Fusion Administration, Oracle Integration Cloud Maintenance or an Oracle Certification. Experience with Oracle cloud architecture, cloud integration, or an Oracle Integration Cloud certificate. Experience managing ERP systems in Linux/Windows environments. Experience with software development or scripting. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree. Additional years of experience working with an application requiring technical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Certification in cloud platforms. ERP Administration experience (upgrading, installing, configuring, securing, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting ERP systems). Experience configuring web applications (including HTTP and log analysis). Experience optimizing Oracle SQL queries. Experience with networking and security principles. Experience engaging with vendor support and user communities. Brief Description of Duties: The Oracle SaaS & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Administrator supports Enterprise Platforms by managing SaaS Fusion Application environments for HCM, ERP, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role is critical in implementing and maintaining various boundary system integrations and managing the lifecycle of environments, keys, and certificates. Developer Support & File Transfer Automation: ● Secure File Transfer Protocols: Provide technical guidance to developers on Secure File Transfer Protocols (SFTP) and PGP encryption/decryption. Implement file transfer/management platform. ● Tooling & Scripting: Write custom shell scripts to automate file transmission, retrieval, encryption, and decryption. Assist developers with WinSCP configuration and troubleshooting. ● SSH & Folder Permissions: Manage SSH key uploads to OIC SFTP servers for shared boundary system accounts and configure folder-level access permissions. Support departmental goals, applications and team collaboration: ● Support Departmental Goals: Tackle ad-hoc projects and diverse technical tasks that align with team objectives and your role's scope. ● Maintain Secondary Applications: Assist with upgrading, installing, configuring, and administering additional software applications as needed. ● Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Database Administrators, Application Security, Information Security, Systems, Network, and Development teams to ensure seamless system implementation. Environment & Application Administration: ● Fusion Environment Management: Coordinate and execute environment provisioning activities, including creation, deletion, and refresh operations. ● Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Administration: Provision and configure FDI instances, including JSON Web Tokens (JWT) key generation, upload, and lifecycle management. ● Enterprise Data Management (EDM) & Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Governance: Administer master data, financial planning systems, and analytical applications. Maintain structural consistency across disparate systems, manage reporting logic and data integrations, and control end-user access to support budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations. Security, Keys & Certificate Management: ● Identity & Access Management: Create and configure confidential applications for boundary systems. Set up Open Authorization authentication, assign users/roles, and partner with functional teams and vendors to troubleshoot access issues. ● Certificate & Key Lifecycle Management: Generate, distribute, and upload Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) keys. Manage certificate signing requests (CSRs) for boundary systems. Securely store and upload certificates and JWT keys across Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service, API gateways, and external developer portals. ● Vault Management: Implement Vault to securely store keys and certificates. Integrate Vault with OIC to automate the creation, rotation, and distribution of certificates, keys, and secrets across all integration endpoints. ● API Gateway Deployment: Deploy and configure API gateways for various boundary systems, including certificate generation and CA bundle uploads. Integration & Connectivity Support: ● Integration Account Management (AIM): Manage service accounts, roles, IAM policies, and passwords for OIC. Ensure all integration connectors use service accounts rather than individual credentials. ● Object Storage Management: Request Oracle Object Storage bucket and service user creations, establish application-specific directory structures, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. ● External Integration: Partner with JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) to streamline the certificate upload and renewal process for JPMC Concourse using their developer portal. Other duties or projects as assigned as appropriate to rank and departmental mission. Special Notes: This is a full-time appointment. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Minimum salary threshold must be met to maintain FLSA exemption. SUNY implemented a hybrid telecommuting pilot program.
