Job Title: Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant – eInvoicing
Location: Offshore (Remote / Hybrid)
Number of Positions: 2
Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in eInvoicing to drive global and local tax compliance initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial statutory requirements and Oracle ERP system capabilities, designing robust integration and reporting solutions for seamless electronic invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- System Implementation & Support: Lead the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and continuous support of Oracle eInvoicing solutions to ensure strict adherence to global and local compliance standards.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner directly with finance and tax stakeholders to translate complex statutory and business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP configurations.
- Technical Coordination: Architect data flows and collaborate with development teams to build, test, and deploy system integrations, custom extensions, and financial reports.
- Lifecycle Management: Drive System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Oracle ERP/Fusion ecosystem acting in a Techno-Functional capacity.
- Functional Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL) and standard eInvoicing processes (Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash).
- Compliance & Localization: Proven track record of managing system localizations, tax compliance rules, and statutory reporting frameworks within Oracle.
- Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for external data routing and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) for document and report generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with global eInvoicing frameworks and regulations such as PEPPOL, GST, VAT, or other country-specific mandates.
- Active Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle Integration Cloud certifications.
- Demonstrated experience executing global, multi-country Oracle ERP rollout and implementation projects.
