Join BMG Outsourcing as an Order Entry Clerk and support accurate customer order processing, ERP data management, and coordination across sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams while working remotely with an Australian client.

Location: Remote (Philippine-based)
Work Setup: Work-from-Home
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 04:00 PM PHT (AUS Client)
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: Mid-Level: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 / Senior Level: 35,000 – 45,000

What You'll Do:

• Monitor shared inboxes and order management platforms, process incoming customer orders, and accurately enter and update information in ERP or order management systems.
• Validate order details, including pricing, quantities, delivery terms, and customer information, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
• Manage order-related emails, amendments, inquiries, and workflow priorities while tracking order status and communicating timely updates.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, address issues, and escalate urgent or complex concerns.
• Maintain accurate transaction records, perform data quality checks, and assist in preparing reports on order status, volumes, and discrepancies.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
• Stable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
• Preferred / Advantage: Familiarity with CRM and order management systems; experience coordinating with sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams.
• Technical Skills & Software: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar): Relevant experience required; Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word: Proficiency required; CRM and order management systems: Familiarity advantageous.
