About the role

Climb Channel Solutions is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a position with our Order Entry Team. In this role, the focus will be on order entry, data management and customer support. This person will interact directly with our internal sales teams to assist with all aspects of the customer service experience.

Climb is a specialty technology distributor focused on emerging data center and cloud-based products, delivering software and hardware to corporate resellers, value added resellers (VARs), consultants and systems integrators globally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Outlined below are the responsibilities of this position, including but not limited to:

• Order entry and data management

  • Utilize internal systems to process purchase orders

  • Build knowledge of product lines to meet vendor requirements and standards

  • Communicate with sales teams and other departments to ensure timely processing of orders

  • Work with Product Management team for product/sku updates

• Perform general customer service tasks

  • Manage partner account creation and maintenance

  • Assist with sales support functions

• Work with designated sales territories to build relationships and knowledge of reseller partners and purchase order requirements

• Secure handling of customer credit card information; maintain PCI compliance guidelines

• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
