Order Management Coordinator

Join Nokia as an Order Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of customer orders and logistics operations. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the entire order process, from customer purchase order reception to invoice handling and order closing. This involves coordinating with various teams and departments to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice process, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely updates.
• Coordinate logistics activities to optimize deliveries and improve operational performance.
• Analyze order data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline order management processes and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Order Management processes, documentation standards, quality guidelines, and SOX requirements.

You have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Macros, Power BI, and Power Apps).
• Familiarity with order entry, validation, and tracking in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of logistics and finance principles.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in a similar operations, order management, or logistics role.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain networks.
• Exposure to process automation, data analysis, or continuous improvement initiatives.
