About this Position In the role of Order to Cash Accountant for North America, you will play a vital part in ensuring the financial health of our operations by managing day-to-day collection activities and resolving customer account inquiries. This position is essential for maintaining strong relationships with our Sales and Customer Service teams, as you facilitate effective communication and timely follow-up on overdue accounts. What you´ll do Ensures day-to-day collection activities are completed, including customer account reconciliation, query resolution, and effective communication with Sales and Customer Service teams to drive timely issue resolution and payment collection Reports overdue positions and collection risks for the assigned portfolio to North America Key Accounts Managers, providing timely analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making Supports the Team Leader in managing day-to-day operational activities, including reporting, stakeholder communications, escalation management, and continuous process improvement initiatives Leverages digital tools, automation, and AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, streamline reporting, enhance data analysis, and support operational excellence Actively participates in digital upskilling initiatives and identifies opportunities to optimize processes through technology, automation, and best practices in Finance operations What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or any relevant field Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in Finance and Accounting or related processes Highly proficient in MS Office applications; Knowledge in SAP/Macro/SAP scripting knowledge is an advantage Digital savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies, automation tools, and AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Demonstrates a growth mindset and commitment to continuous upskilling, particularly in digital, automation, and AI-related capabilities Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
