Interested? Apply by October 22, 2026.
We’re keeping this opportunity open for a seven-day application window, beginning October 16, 2026.
The Opportunity
Join our Finance team and take ownership of critical activities across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from customer orders and invoicing through collections.
You’ll work across Salesforce and our ERP environment to keep orders moving, invoices accurate, and payments on track. You’ll partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and customers to manage requirements, identify issues early, and keep transactions moving.
This role moves quickly, particularly during month-end and quarter-end. You’ll succeed here if you enjoy working through details, managing multiple priorities, and delivering accurate work when volume is high.
This role requires you to work from our Atlanta office three days per week, including Fridays.
What You’ll Do
- Own customer orders from booking through invoicing and collection.
- Process new orders, contracts, and renewals accurately and on time.
- Generate invoices aligned with contract terms, purchase orders, and customer billing requirements.
- Manage collections activity by reviewing outstanding receivables and following up on unpaid invoices.
- Navigate customer procurement processes, supplier portals, purchase orders, and billing documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, ARR, bookings, and billing data across Salesforce and our ERP environment.
- Reconcile information across systems and investigate discrepancies before they impact invoicing or payment.
- Prioritize a high volume of orders, invoices, emails, and customer requests during month-end and quarter-end.
- Identify and escalate exceptions with the information Finance and business partners need to act.
- Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve questions and keep transactions moving.
- Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, and other teams across the Order-to-Cash process.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years working in billing, collections, order management, accounts receivable, or Order to Cash.
- Hands-on experience managing billing and collection activities.
- Experience working in Salesforce and CPQ workflows.
- Experience processing orders, invoices, or receivables through an ERP or financial system.
- Strong Excel skills. You’re comfortable using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, grouping data, matching customer records, reconciling information, and manipulating datasets to investigate discrepancies.
- A track record of producing accurate work where details matter.
- The ability to organize and prioritize competing demands in a high-volume environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- The judgment to recognize an exception, investigate the underlying information, and escalate it to the right person.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience That Will Help You Stand Out
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud, NetSuite, or similar ERP experience.
- Experience in a public software or SaaS environment.
- Experience managing customer supplier portals and purchase-order requirements.
- Experience working through month-end and quarter-end Order-to-Cash cycles.
