To support this mission, Syngenta’s Order to Cash team is seeking a Order to Cash Semi Senior Analyst in Montevideo, Uruguay. This role will support the delivery of Accounts Receivable management and reconciliation, month-end close activities, customer collections, credit application reviews, and the monitoring of blocked orders. Accountabilities Prepare accurate customer aging reports, adding value through relevant analysis and clear insights. Provide clear and updated information about accounts receivables to stakeholders. Continual communication with internal teams concerning payment postings and bank reconciliations. Elaborate and present analysis on financial performance to key stakeholders. Connect regularly with customers and internal teams to Perform collection activities, align account applications and reconciliations. Embody a continuous improvement mindset through all accounts receivables processes. Comply and champion all requirements regarding internal and external controls, ensuring compliance across all processes. Perform month end close activities in a timely and accurate manner. Credit Limits Review and Blocked Orders Monitoring. Required Degree / Advance student of accountancy/administration. Previous experience of + 2 years in administrative positions. Experience in client portfolio management (managing overdue debt). English: intermediate level. SAP – medium level. Detail oriented and highly collaborative teamwork style. Capacity to work under pressure: comply with deadlines prioritizing tasks. Analytical behavior and capacity to establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
