About the Position
We are looking for an Engineering, Business Administration, or IT student with an analytical, proactive, and dynamic profile to join our CS&L team, focusing on the Order to Invoice (O2I) scope. If you want to work at a global company, communicate seamlessly across different departments, and leverage innovation and Artificial Intelligence in your daily routines, this role is for you!
Main Responsibilities and Duties

Order Portfolio Analysis & Release: Critically evaluate pending orders to ensure compliance and streamline the release cycle.

Bonus Order Management (LMG): Coordinate and monitor the creation process for free merchandise orders, ensuring high data accuracy and precise record-keeping.

Process Optimization & Automation: Identify, design, and implement automated reporting solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

O2I Process Documentation Support: Develop and structure operational workflows to maintain standardization, ensure full traceability, and preserve departmental knowledge.
Skill Requirements

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Innovation & Technology: Practical knowledge of and a genuine interest in leveraging Python, Macros, and Scripting tools.

Languages: Intermediate level of English or higher, featuring strong comprehension skills and functional corporate communication capabilities.

Google Ecosystem: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other tools within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
