Oracle CPQ Technical Lead Experience: 7-10 Years Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle CPQ solution design, development, and implementation. Configure CPQ modules: Commerce, Configurator, Pricing, Workflow, and Approvals. Develop BMQL scripts, business rules, and customizations. Design and manage integrations with Salesforce, Oracle CX, SAP, Oracle EBS, and other enterprise systems. Mentor development teams and ensure delivery quality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Support deployments, enhancements, performance tuning, and production support. Required Skills 7-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines). Strong expertise in CPQ configuration, BMQL, pricing, workflows, and approvals. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end CPQ implementations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Oracle CPQ Certification. Experience with OIC, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware. Exposure to Quote-to-Cash processes and global delivery environments.
