This role identifies structural and capability gaps, translates business requirements into targeted OE interventions, and delivers data-driven initiatives that elevate culture, engagement, and organizational capability.
What You’ll Do
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & CORE ROLES :
- Exceptional Project Manager: Initiate and manage end-to-end responsibilities of OE projects, including owning and supporting deployment, adoption, and handover of transformation projects into BAU to stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Consultant: Scope stakeholder requirements, gather and analyze data (e.g., MyPulse/eNPS, attrition metrics, IDP insights) to create change impact plans, evaluate intervention progress, and diagnose root causes of performance gaps.
- Client-Centric Partner: Collaborate consultatively with business leaders and HR People Partners to identify business goals, diagnose organizational needs, and implement tailored interventions (e.g., team dynamics, alignment, engagement roadmaps).
- Thought Leader & Innovator: Apply systems thinking and OD/OE methodologies to detect organizational capability opportunities, introducing forward-thinking programs that evolve culture and improve engagement.
- Business & Organizational Diagnostics: Translate evolving business strategies and requirements into concrete OE needs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Performance & Talent Systems: Manage the full PMS lifecycle (Goal Setting, MYR, EYR, Calibration, PMS Ticketing/Systems), ensuring process rigor and timely execution.
- Talent Review & IDP Management: Lead the IDP program, conduct skills mapping, and support talent reviews to enable career pathing and internal mobility.
- Sensing & Engagement Analytics: Own employee sensing tools (MyPulse, eNPS, 360 feedback, TNA); track, analyze, and convert attrition and engagement data into actionable insights.
- Recognition & Culture Building: Oversee company recognition programs (DNA Stars, WOW Cards, CEO Awards) and drive engagement activities.
- OE Solutions & Change Alignment: Recommend and execute OE frameworks to address organizational performance gaps, root causes, and change management requirements.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Organization Development (OD), Organization Effectiveness (OE), Learning & Development (L&D), or HR Business Partnering.
- Proven track record of consulting with business leaders, diagnosing organizational needs, and managing end-to-end OE/OD initiatives.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Exceptional capability to partner consultatively with cross-functional leaders, HR partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitation & Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and workshop facilitation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking: Above-average diagnostic, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills, using metrics to drive organizational insights.
- Project Management & Design Thinking: Strong end-to-end execution capability, utilizing human-centered Design Thinking methodologies to scope, build, and deploy programs effectively.
- MS Office Suite: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP, data modeling), PowerPoint (deck design), and Word.
- Collaboration Tools: Proficient in leveraging MS Teams and digital tools for remote facilitation, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
