What you’ll bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data, to identify and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders and audiences. Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence teams at all levels of the organization. Good collaboration skills with ability to constructively contribute, challenge and think creatively. Proficiency in project management and proven ability to drive change adoption outcomes. Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in analysis, reporting, and implementation of initiatives. Responsibilities Collaborate and facilitate cross-functional teams to solve problems through gathering and analysing data, assessing processes, and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct research and analysis to identify, evaluate and develop strategies and opportunities to enable business performance improvement. Work with business teams to develop, plan and implement initiatives, involving changes to business processes and ways of working, giving consideration to organisational implications and risks Influence and support the implementation and adoption of change Monitor and track the progress of initiatives and objectives. Provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders, communicating findings, recommendations and reporting on progress.
