Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Role Description The Organizational Effectiveness Manager at AORA Educação is a part-time, remote role focused on improving organizational performance, processes, and culture. This role involves assessing current structures and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and designing initiatives that enhance effectiveness across teams and programs. The manager will collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to define performance metrics, monitor progress, and recommend adjustments based on data and feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and tracking organizational projects, supporting employee engagement initiatives, facilitating meetings and workshops, and preparing clear reports and presentations to guide decisions. The role also requires maintaining documentation of organizational practices, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment with AORA Educação’s mission and strategic objectives.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management to assess, design, and implement improvements in structures, processes, and metrics.
• Experience with Program Management and Project Management to plan, coordinate, and oversee organizational initiatives from inception through completion.
• Ability to drive Employee Engagement efforts, including designing and supporting initiatives that strengthen culture, communication, and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using data and qualitative feedback to inform recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
• Experience in education, non-profit, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in organizational effectiveness or project management are a plus.
