OT Cybersecurity Consultant

Redshift is looking for an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team.

Responsabilities

• Support the team in conducting Security Assessments (Gap Analyses) based on the ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
• Perform OT Cybersecurity Risk Assessments using established methodologies and tools to identify and mitigate risks affecting industrial infrastructures.
• Contribute to research and development activities focused on identifying innovative solutions to protect critical infrastructure against cyber threats.
• Support the design of secure network architectures and ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain cybersecurity documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical reports for OT environments.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, industrial automation, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of networking components such as firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Fieldbus).
• Basic understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments.
• Knowledge of industrial network architectures and OT security best practices, including network segmentation and segregation.
• Basic understanding of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks, such as ISA/IEC 62443 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
