Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced OT Network Segmentation & Security Architect to lead the design, transition, and operationalization of secure OT environments across global manufacturing facilities. This role combines deep OT expertise, cybersecurity leadership, service management, and operational governance to ensure scalable, secure, and supportable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead OT network segmentation and cybersecurity initiatives across manufacturing environments.
• Define operational readiness, service transition, and support models for OT solutions.
• Design and implement OT service management processes using ServiceNow.
• Establish OT support frameworks, SLAs, escalation procedures, and incident response models.
• Drive governance, KPI reporting, RACI development, and operational visibility.
• Operationalize IAM, Azure cloud services, GitOps workflows, and security controls.
• Coordinate OT monitoring, SOC engagement, cybersecurity incident response, and compliance activities.
• Develop plant onboarding, hypercare, and deployment standards for global rollouts.
• Act as the primary OT Operations Authority, ensuring all solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally sustainable.

Require Skills:

• 10+ years supporting OT, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience with SCADA, HMI, Historian/PI Systems, Factory Talk, Thin Manager, virtualization, backup/recovery, and industrial networking.
• Expertise in ISA/IEC 62443, Zero Trust architecture, secure remote access, PAM, and OT cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, MFA, Conditional Access, and enterprise IAM.
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones, vWAN, cloud governance, subscriptions, and operational support models.
• Familiarity with GitOps methodologies, pull requests, branch protections, approval workflows, and automation practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, service transition, and operational governance.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any:

• Experience in IT/OT identity separation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven background in operational leadership, resource planning, continuous improvement, and global OT transformations.
