OTC Cash Application Junior Analyst

Join us as an OTC Cash Application Junior Analyst and become part of a team supporting the accurate and timely processing of customer payments within the Order-to-Cash process. You will help allocate payments, reconcile accounts, resolve basic discrepancies, and work with internal teams to keep financial records accurate and up to date.

Your Role:

• Process incoming customer payments and allocate cash at invoice level.
• Review bank statements and match payments with open invoices.
• Collect and process customer remittance information.
• Support investigation and resolution of unapplied and unidentified cash.
• Assist with customer account and clearing account reconciliations.
• Support month-end activities, reporting, and audit documentation.
• Cooperate with Collection, Billing, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Participate in process improvements and keep process documentation up to date.

Your Background:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
• No previous experience required or up to 1 year of experience in OTC, AR, or a similar finance area.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable, OTC, or Cash Application is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
