Outbound CC Customer Support Supervisor

Experience you’ll need to bring: Previous experience as a Supervisor in an outbound call center, sales, retention, or customer support environment; Experience in iGaming industry; Strong understanding of sales communication and outbound operations; Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and performance data; Leadership skills and experience managing a team; English level - at least Upper-Intermediate.
