*Crewters & Remotassist* are expanding across *Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, and we’re looking for a high-performing **Outbound Sales Executive* to help accelerate our international growth.

📍 *Work Mode:* Hybrid/Remote

🕕 *Shift:* U.S. Shift — must be available to work *after 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time*

💰 *Salary:* Market-competitive — *up to PKR 200,000/month*, depending on experience and capabilities

🎯 *Performance-based incentives* in addition to salary

This role is for a commercially driven professional who knows how to *prospect, build relationships, open new markets, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.*

### Key Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify high-value business opportunities

* Build and manage a strong international sales pipeline

* Generate new business across U.S. and international markets

* Conduct cold calling, outbound emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and direct prospecting

* Manage follow-ups and move prospects through the complete sales cycle

* Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships

* Convert qualified opportunities into paying clients

### 🚨 Mandatory Requirements

Candidates *must* have:

✅ *Professional-level English communication skills* — written and spoken

✅ *Hands-on experience personally generating and closing clients* through cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, or other direct prospecting methods

✅ *Experience selling software, websites, social media marketing, or e-commerce services to U.S. clients through LinkedIn or other outbound platforms*

✅ A *proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients*

✅ Strong negotiation, networking, relationship-building, and follow-up skills

✅ Ability to work according to *U.S. business hours, starting after 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time*

We’re looking for someone who can take *full ownership of Outbound Sales from prospecting to closing.*
