Remote Outbound Sales Rep (Real Estate Media) – 25% Uncapped Commission

Virtual Xposure is a fast-growing real estate media company serving top-producing agents. We’re launching Calgary and looking for 2 founding outbound reps to own the front of our sales motion.

You get: uncapped 25% commission on cash collected, performance bonuses, warm-ish listing leads, dialer, scripts, and training provided. You bring: volume, consistency, and the ability to hear “no” 40 times and still sound great on call 41.

What You’ll Do

Your core job is simple:

• Call Calgary listing agents from our leads inside GoHighLevel.
• Offer our free “Get Listed” media package and get permission to text and email them.
• Follow up to move agents into paid offers: package upgrades, the Calgary Founders Bundle, and the VIP Season Pass.
• Book onboarding and discovery calls for bundles and VIP, and support the team in turning those into collected revenue.
• Log everything in GoHighLevel so your opportunities and commissions are trackable.

How You Get Paid

• Commission-only, no cap. You earn 25% of cash Virtual Xposure actually collects from paid sales tied to agents you contacted and supported.
• Same 25% rate on:
• Paid upgrades from the free attraction offer (on the additional cash collected after credits).
• Calgary Founders Bundles.
• VIP Season Passes.
• No base, hourly, or draw. A pay period with no attributable cash collected pays CA$0. Earnings depend on collected revenue, not calls made or free shoots booked.

Target earnings:

• Planning target for a consistently ramped rep is CA$3,000–CA$6,000/month.
• There is no cap; if you consistently beat your activity and conversion targets and push VIP sales, your income can exceed this.

Examples (illustrative only, not promises):

• A CA$400 paid upgrade after free-offer credit → CA$100 commission.
• A CA$2,000 bundle purchase → CA$500 commission.
• A CA$8,000 VIP Season Pass purchase → CA$2,000 commission.

If a customer pays in instalments, your 25% follows the cash collected.

Pay process:

Pay periods run Friday through Thursday, with payment issued the following Wednesday.

Team members in Canada: Paid by direct deposit, less statutory deductions (income tax, CPP, and EI) as required by Canadian law.

Team members outside Canada: Paid in Canadian dollars (CAD) through Wise, a secure international payment platform.

• You get an itemized statement showing attributable collected cash and your 25%.
• Calls are recorded; we verify each commission claim against recordings and payment records within 3 business days. If we reject a claim, we tell you why and you have 7 days to dispute. Once a commission is paid, it stays paid.

Performance bonuses are available for hitting and exceeding monthly targets on VIP Season Passes and total cash collected.

Your Scoreboard & Activity Targets

Once you’re ramped, we expect:

• 200+ dials/day inside legal calling hours.
• 40+ engaged leads/day: agents who agree to take the free promotional offer.
• 20+ free packages booked/day: agents who book their free shoot within 30 days.
• From your free-offer acceptances:
• 15/20 to book an onboarding call.
• 10/15 to show to onboarding.
• 5/10 to qualify for the VIP Season Pass and book a follow-up.
• 2/5 of those VIP follow-ups to close.

Your goal: hit these inputs and conversion benchmarks consistently so your income compounds.

Every paid upgrade, bundle, or VIP sale tied to your outreach earns you 25% of cash collected.

Compliance On Every Call

These rules come from Canadian telemarketing and anti-spam law:

• Introduce yourself and say you’re calling on behalf of Virtual Xposure.
• Ask permission before we text and email them (script provided).
• Honour do-not-call requests immediately and log them.
• Use only the Virtual Xposure number we give you.
• Call only within Calgary’s legal windows (Mountain Time):
• Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• Weekends: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Which hours you work inside those windows is up to you.

You’ll Do Well Here If…

• You can stay sharp and positive after 40+ “no’s” and still crush call 41.
• You like seeing dials → free offers → onboarding → VIP closes → commission.
• You hit targets and log everything; you know your money comes from clean CRM data.
• You want your feedback heard and care about improving the script and process.
• You want a path from rep → manager → director, not just another temp SDR gig.

This Is Not For You If…

• You need a guaranteed paycheque next week. This is commission-only on a new program.
• You only want to rack up free-offer acceptances and avoid real sales conversations.
• You resist feedback, don’t like role-play, or hate tracking activity and results.

Requirements

• You can legally provide independent contractor services from where you live.
• 6+ months of outbound cold calling or phone prospecting. Inbound-only and pure customer service do not count.
• Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation agents in Calgary can easily understand. We assess this via a short live role-play.
• Comfortable using a CRM. GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
• Equipment: computer + reliable internet (we provide everything else).

Fine Print

• Independent contractor, not an employee. You set your own hours and handle your own taxes.
• Rates are before GST; if you’re GST-registered, you add it to your invoice.
• Standard agreement includes:
• 14 days’ notice either way
• 12‑month non-solicit of our clients
• 6‑month non-compete within Alberta (you’re free to work with non-competing clients elsewhere).
• Commission on cash collected before you leave is paid on the normal schedule. The agreement explains how later collections on your deals are handled.
• We never ask for your SIN, ID, or banking details to apply. Payout details come after signing.
