Your Role
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
- Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services
- Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
- Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
- Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Job Description:
- Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic assessments per regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment and care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aligned with clinical goals.
- Coordinate care with other providers and agencies; initiate referrals as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with CMS, MN DHS, and MN §245I requirements.
- Participate in clinical supervision for Mental Health Practitioners when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling OR Masters in Social Work
MN licensure as Licensed Psychologist or LICSW upon hire.
MN DHS Mental Health Professional qualifications per MN §245I.04
Licenses/Certifications
- BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days
- Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required

Pay Range
Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
