Celebrate the Adventures and Success of Texas Longhorns

Are you enthusiastic about building connections and making a meaningful impact on the UT community? We’re searching for energetic students to join our outreach team as Outreach Associates!

In this part-time role, you will be contacting recent UT graduates from May 2025 to find out their post-graduation career outcomes. The information you collect plays a crucial role in helping the university celebrate the adventures and successes of its graduates. Furthermore, by gathering and sharing these career insights, you empower your fellow Longhorns to make informed decisions about their own academic and professional paths, identify networking opportunities, and better understand the diverse trajectories available after graduation.

Position Details

• Title: Outreach Associate

• Employment: On Campus, Part-Time

• Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week

• Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with May 2026 UT graduates via phone calls and social media to learn about their career journeys.

• Verify and update alumni information by navigating LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

• Organize and manage data while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using research tools such as LinkedIn.

• Ability to manage and maintain sensitive data with integrity.

• Networking abilities and comfort level engaging with diverse alumni.

• Effective time management to balance a part-time (20-hour) work schedule with studies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cold-calling, canvassing, or outreach.

• Knowledge of the 12Twenty platform

• Basic Excel Skills

• Customer service experience

Salary Range

$15.00 per hour
